Welcome to Hope Valley Farms, a large community between Hope Valley Road and Fayetteville Road within a mile of Streets of Southpointe. Hope Valley Farms is a newer community with a few homes still under construction. There are smaller communities within the broader area, each with it's own unique appeal. It doesn't feel like a large community, yet offers all the neighborhood amenities one expects of a large community.
