Welcome to Hope Valley Farms, a large community between Hope Valley Road and Fayetteville Road within a mile of Streets of Southpointe.  Hope Valley Farms is a newer community with a few homes still under construction.  There are smaller communities within the broader area, each with it's own unique appeal.  It doesn't feel like a large community, yet offers all the neighborhood amenities one expects of a  large community.  The Hope Valley Farms community club house, pool, tennis courts and playground are a wonderful resource for family members of all ages. The recreation facilities extend through the entire community with an abundance of paved walking trails.

Hope Valley Farms real estate is clearly in the center of the the Triangle. From the center of Hope Valley Farms it is only 5 minutes to some of the best shopping in Durham, the Streets at Southpointe.  It's a quick 10-15 minutes to Chapel Hill, Duke, RTP, and the RDU International Airport.  Homes were built beginning in the late 1980's and square footage ranges are from 1000- 3300.
